To buy multiple experience gift cards at Experiencegift, just increase the number of gift cards when creating it on our purchase flow. In case you want multiple different designs or different values, you will have to add the gift cards to your cart one after the other.

We understand it’s frustrating when your buying experience is interrupted. If you’re paying with a card, we recommend double-checking the credentials on your card (such as your card number and the CVV number). It’s also recommended to check your account balance to make sure you have sufficient funds. Alternatively, you can select another payment method. Shipping costs depend on the delivery currency and the number of physical gifts in your order. You can find the full overview in the table below. The shipping cost is calculated per order, based on the total number of physical gifts you purchase. Digital and PDF gifts are delivered instantly by email and do not require shipping.

All physical gift cards are shipped with our super-fast worldwide priority service. Gifts ordered before 2 p.m. (CEST) on business days and before 12 p.m (CEST) on Saturdays, will be shipped the same day. Please see the table below for the shipment times per country.

Generally, the process of redeeming an Experiencegift card is as follows:
1. Head to the Redeem page
2. Choose the brand you received the gift card from
3. Search for and choose your preferred experience
4. Enter your details for the booking
5. Pay for the booking with the code on your gift card

Afterwards, a confirmation email will arrive in the email you provided. All there’s left is to pack up and enjoy your upcoming vacation!

At the moment, Experiencegift offers gift cards for flights, for hotel stays, train journeys and for activities.

Gift cards purchased after June 1 2026 have no expiry date, giving them the freedom to choose the perfect time to travel.

After purchase, every Experiencegift card has a hold period of 24 hours. After this period, you can use your experience gift card as normal.

We’re continuously working to give you the best value for your money. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount to the gift card with which the booking was made. We cannot process refunds if you no-show for an experience.

If you have an unused experience gift card, the balance is indicated on it. If you have a used gift card, kindly contact us for more information on the remaining balance.

It’s not necessary to activate your Experiencegift card before redemption.

It is not possible to redeem an experience gift card for cash.

If you have a lost Experiencegift card with credit, please contact us, ideally with the email that was used to order it. If the gift card is still unused, we’ll issue a new one for you.

You should receive a booking confirmation email for your experience within 5 minutes after purchase. Please check the spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your primary inbox. In the absence of a confirmation email, please drop our Customer Success team a message with your booking details and they’ll be happy to help.

1. Physical gift card: send physical gift cards by mail to your recipients. Alternatively, send it to yourself to give it to them in person later. The shipment usually takes 1 – 8 days, depending on your location (4 – 8 days for the US).

2. Printable PDF: send printable PDF experience gift cards to your recipients. You can also send it to yourself to print and give it to the recipients later. Printable PDF gift cards from Experiencegift arrive instantly.

3. eGift: send an eGift (virtual gift card) directly to your recipients. eGifts comes in an email and arrive instantly in your recipients’ mailboxes.

Recipients can use their gift card code for multiple bookings, and any remaining amount will remain on their card until their next booking. No pressure to use it all at once!

If recipients choose an order value lower than their gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card. This allows them ample time to fully make use of the gift card value on flights of their choice.
