I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service from Maura this afternoon and will be a repeat customer. I ordered a fligt gift certificate for my son’s birthday but incorrectly sent it to my email cs his. Panic! Mayra rescued me quickly correcting the email and now my son received the egift flight zard. ThNk yiu, Mayra, for your quick and capable customer service.

The customer service is probably the best I have ever seen. Besides getting such quick and personal responses, they have been extremely helpful with their suggestions and offers to make getting the gift card I ordered replaced, renewed and delivered directly to my son in Luxembourg. This is the first time I have used your services and am very impressed. I feel you will be getting many more gift purchases from me.

Great experience with customer services. Was querying when I'd receive voucher and as we were emailing it arrived in post. They offered to re-send and also sent e-voucher in case I needed asap.

The customer service is exceptional
The customer service i have experienced has been exceptional. Prompt to respond and lovely to deal with. The only downfall I have with this site is the reduced amount of properties available, compared to other accommodation booking sites. I had a hotel in mind to book but couldn't use the voucher to book that specific hotel. Great otherwise if you dont mind where you go.
